Many Realtors have a lot of designations that they have acquired over the years that displays their knowledge and experience in specific areas. The following are my designations and what they mean to you.
Residential Real Estate Broker: I am a solo residential real estate broker. This means you deal directly with me for all your residential real estate needs. I make the decisions and do not have to check with anyone else for an OK to components in a real estate transaction. I might have to consult with others to give you great information but decisions are up to me and you. I do have a team of professionals that I call on from time to time to make your transaction as smooth and hassle free as possible.
REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark for Real Estate Brokers and Agents that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
ABR® Accredited Buyer Representative designation is awarded to agents who have enhanced their buyer representation skills by meeting all course and professional experiential requirements for providing superior buyer client services. The ABR® designation provides proof to prospective buyer-clients of the agent’s proficiency at servicing the special needs of buyers.
CNE®: Certified Negotiation Expert designation is awarded to agents who have gained professional negotiation knowledge, skills and expertise in real estate contracts.
ePRO®: Electronic Professional designation is awarded to brokers and agents who have been professionally trained to effectively use real estate technology to grow their business.
GRI: The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
